Common questions about embroidery.
What's the hat minimum?
12 pieces. one of the lowest minimums in the area. Most shops want 24 or 48. We get it; you don't always need that many.
Do you charge a digitizing fee?
Digitizing fees are quoted with the order, based on stitch count and complexity. Once your logo is on file, every reorder uses the same digitized file at no additional setup.
Can you do 3D / puff embroidery?
Yes. Looks great on structured trucker hats and snapbacks. Best on bold, simple logos with thicker stroke weights.
Can you embroider on customer-supplied hats?
Yes. Bring them clean and unwashed if possible. We'll do a test stitch first.
How fast can you reorder?
Once a logo is digitized and on file, reorders are usually 3 to 5 business days from PO to pickup.
